Join us in supporting our students during our Summer 2020 Campaign!

Wesley at CMU is an open, authentic community committed to transformation in Christ’s way of loving justice. Our hope is for all students to know themselves as God’s beloved and to love God, neighbor, and creation in turn.

We need your support for this vision of open, authentic community now more than ever. The COVID-19 pandemic and global uprisings have highlighted the need for community in a time of isolation and faithful action in a world crying for justice. As students return to campus amidst these challenges and opportunities, Wesley at CMU is committed to creating spaces of belonging and leaning into Christ’s call to loving justice.

Your donation—whether a one-time gift or a monthly commitment—will help us meet our goal of $2000 and support students at this critical moment. Join us in this vision!

Wesley at Central Michigan University’s Welcome Statement

We believe everyone is a child of God, loved by God just as they are. We cherish every child of God regardless of sexuality, gender identity and expression, age, race, spirituality, physical or mental abilities. Wesley welcomes and affirms everyone with open arms no matter what struggles they face. We desire to have a community rich in diversity and a place where everyone can be their authentic self without fear of judgement.

Floors wear out.

The students of Wesley have decided to update the floor of the main room! This room serves as our sanctuary on Sunday mornings, and is used throughout the week for activities like meals, Swing Dancing, movie nights, and exercise, as well as special events throughout the year. The cost to maintain our 50+ year old flooring grows annually. It’s time for a less costly, more welcoming and comfortable floor for the students of CMU. Any and all support is welcome and greatly appreciated!
