Come live at the Wesley Residence— an eight-person young adult intentional living community at Wesley at CMU!

Each resident has access to a private bedroom, bathroom shared with one other resident, furnished common area, music room and kitchen, basement storage, and free parking on campus.

Living in the Wesley Residence includes a commitment to involvement with Wesley at CMU and to community with fellow your housemates.

Rent is $435 per month and $35 a month for utilities.

Flexible leasing options (short-term leases, school year leases, etc.) are available.
