At the Wesley House, faith is defined as that which connects us to what is holy and sacred, guiding us into right relationship with ourselves, each other, and all on earth. While the Christian faith is our primary framework, residents are not required to be practicing Christians.

Support to thrive in young adulthood and beyond. The Wesley House offers intentionally affordable rental rates and support services including: rental assistance, feeding programs, no-cost bedroom furnishings, and more for residents.

Leasing Options
The Wesley House offers flexible leasing options, including school-year, semester-long, summer, and month-to-month leases.

Pricing
*Monthly rent per person: $470*
Rent includes utilities, trash, Wi-Fi, and parking
*Groups of three or more that sign together are eligible for a $425/person monthly rental rate
*One-time security deposit per person: $175
*One-time pet fee: $30/pet

As part of the Wesley House’s commitment to affordability, rental assistance and free bedroom furnishings are available.

Location
The Wesley House is a few steps from the heart of CMU’s campus. It is located across from the North Art Studio and is a five minute walk from both the CMU Library and University Center.
